We have established relations with a large number of conference centres and hotels ensuring that your meeting will take place in a venue that corresponds to your needs.
Liaising with hotels is an integrated part of our overall event coordination. We maintain close contact with the venue and booking departments of the hotel before and during the event, and collaborate closely with the reception and catering staff on site.

Design, branding and marketing material

We can take care of all your graphic design needs, including the conception of your graphical profile and iconic image to ensure that your event visually stands out from the rest. We have in-house resources for this purpose. We can handle the design and branding of all necessary material such as the programme, invitations, adverts, folders and any other marketing material needed

QED can carry out email marketing and can also take care of sending printed invitations. As a complement to the targeted marketing, we can develop a media strategy and identify selected online and print media for purchasing advertising space. We can also provide and manage social media platforms.

Delegate name cards can be printed with your visual identity and put into plastic badge holders. This is taken care of in-house. We also have equipment on-site so that we can easily print new badges to take into account any last minute changes.
